Our Total Care Packages are designed around the way we take care of Commercial customers, but tailored to meet the needs of your residential property.  Here's how it works:

1.) You choose a package. (Or, customize a package to your needs)
2.) We quote you the normal price for each service, and then discount it by 5%.*
      (save an additional 5% by pre-paying)
3.) We total up your package and divide your annual fee into 12 equal monthly payments.
4.) We write up a service agreement.
* 5% discount does not apply to mowing or lawn treatments.

$60 - $205 per month.  The average is about $115 per month....
