Gutter Cleaning Program:  If you have tall trees around your home, then you need to clean your gutters on a regular basis.  When gutters get clogged, they overflow and allow water to run down the side of your house.  This can cause rotting of wood, and water damage to your foundation.  At a minimum gutters should be cleaned once a year (after the leaves fall), and depending on the type of trees around your home, 2 or 3 times may be necessary.  Why not take a proactive approach to gutter maintenance, and get on our gutter cleaning route?   Save 10% off normal prices by signing up for our regular Fall Gutter Cleaning program.  Save 20% by signing up for our Spring and Fall Gutter Cleaning program.  We'll clean your gutters of all debris, make sure your downspouts are flowing properly, hammer any loose gutter support nails back into place, and report to you if we find any issues with your guttering.

Gutter Guards:

If you have a lot of debris getting in your gutters, or find that you have to clean your gutters often, then gutter guards may be a good fit for you.  We install screen-type gutter guards in powder-coated steel (available in black) or vinyl (available in brown or white).  One end of the guard slides under your shingles, while the other end locks into the outer lip of your gutter.  Small, self-tapping screws are then used to ensure the guards stay in place.  These screen-type guards are the most economical type of gutter guards, and they do a good job.  There are many other gutter guard designs out there, but most are expensive, and we don't have experience with them.  It's also important to remember that even with gutter guards installed, some small debris can still get through and accumulate.  Because of this, we still recommend inspecting and cleaning gutters with gutter guard installed, annually.  For more information on gutter guards and different styles available, checkout these websites:
